Messi to Moratti: "Thank you, but I will stay here"

Lionel Messi was one of the selected speakers for Barcelona's press conference ahead of the Champions League match against Copenhagen. It was inevitable for him to be questioned about the rumors that have spread in the past few days, specifically speaking  Massimo Moratti's words displaying Inter's interest in signing the Barcelona star. "Moratti's words? In the beginning I did not take them seriously, I thought he was joking. I thank him for his kindness, but this is my home and I plan to stay here forever".

His words can therefore be considered as a fair conclusion to the recent gossip, triggered by Moratti's statements. In the end the real protagonist of all these rumors has put an end to them all: the Pulga is destined to remain in Barcelona... but there is always time to dream!
